Lifestyle Shoot: Capetown, South Africa

I organized a test shoot while I was in Capetown and it was definitely one of the highlights of the trip! I live for this stuff. Everything came together beautifully. We had a gorgeous day, literally no clouds in the sky (one of the last days before the rainy season) at Llandudno beach. I’ve been to a lot of beaches in my life and I really fell in love with this one. It was a little tricky producing a shoot half way around the world and also having only a limited supply of equipment to work with, but everything came together and I executed my vision. Nicola Jayne  the hair and make-up artist that I contacted to work on the shoot really came through for me. She organized the car, helped with last minute details and overall helped me produce the shoot, so I feel very fortunate to have had her on board! Also, a big thank you to David who was my assistant for the day.
